Return Policy

Are you unhappy with the fragrance? No problem, we’d like to make it right for you. At this time, we will accept returns of unlit candles only. Please give your candles a few sniffs before you decide to light them if you think you may need to return them. We’d also like to correct any damages that happen in transit. Please send photos of broken candles to the email address below and we’ll discuss fixing the situation.

Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for your candles to be shipped! Orders placed over the weekend will go out on the next business day. We currently ship via USPS and calculate shipping based on candle weight. We know, candles are heavy, and the majority of the jars are glass. We do our best to reuse packing material (the packing peanuts in your box are recycled from shipments we receive!) and wrap your candles with the utmost care to assure no damage happens in transit.
 

WHat is frosting?

We do everything we can in the candle making process to make the most visually appealing candles. That being said, there are some things that are completely out of our control when it comes to dealing with a natural ingredient like soy wax. Frosting occurs when the candle is exposed to heat after it’s been poured. You may notice some white spots in the candle. Fear not though, this does not effect how your candle will burn or the about of fragrance it will give off! If you’re unhappy with your candle, please send us an email.
